I return because I love the place. They are doing some painting which is always good for looks. But let me tell you the staff is always wonderful. And the breakfast area is fully loaded. Love the new coffee machine they installed with different options. The ladies in the kitchen for breakfast area are so attentive and keep place clean. I'm a professional housekeeper myself. And I notice those things. The housekeeper do a great job here. They just need to work on those toilets with the detail cleaning it was not pretty. Other than that it was great stay like always. See you all soon

breakfast was a little below standards, always serve myself. The food was good and the place was very clean. The room was comfortable , but the pillows were small. Over all the hotel was very comfortable to my needs. Great staff, very friendly and always with a smile.

well what can I say. I have been staying here several times for the past few years. will not go anywhere else. this is my favorite place. Everything is so close. And the customer service is great. The children love the breakfast there. I enjoy the coffee and the view is wonderful. I rather be indoor than outdoor. is so hot . The ac work really well in the summer

I liked everything we usually book once a year. We live in Houston, Texas. We enjoy the atmosphere and relaxing in the pool. The staff is really great the ladies at the front desk and the ladies serving breakfast also the guy that cleans the pool is really nice.

We travel to Laredo often as my family lives there. This location was perfect! Under 5 minutes away from my mothers house, which made it so much better! The staff was polite, professional and very efficient. Breakfast was perfect!

We loved the delicious free breakfast (hot meal! Waffles as well as fruit/yogurt/cereal as well as hot meal prepared by staff hat differs on a daily basis). Staff was very helpful with local restaurant suggestions. We also enjoyed the free cookies :)

I didn’t have time for breakfast. Hotel is much better than most of the brand name hotels in the area. I will be staying here from now on. My T-Mobile hotspot worked from the hotel, meaning I could work from the hotel. A big plus!

Everything. Staff exceptional. Room fantastic. Pool to die for after 12hr workday to have a heated pool over the top!
